  • In Heritage Grove — bordered by Willow, Shepherd, Copper, and Sunnyside avenues — there’s a nod to the agricultural heritage of the area. And with its proximity to the Clovis North educational complex and Clovis Community College, this neighborhood is well-suited for families and active young adults.
  • Harlan Ranch — bordered by Highway 168 and Shepherd and DeWolf avenues — is another popular neighborhood offering “resort style living,” including a community clubhouse, pool, and parks.
