About Chris

Chris was born and raised in Fresno and Clovis and has been a lifelong resident. In 2008 he graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University of Fresno with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. Chris was fortunate enough to start an internship in 2007 at TFS Investments LLC of Fresno. It is here he learned the investment side of real estate that included buying and selling homes, land development, and long term rental investments. It was also shortly after he graduated that Chris received my California State Broker’s license. For the last 7 years Chris has represented buyers, sellers, and investors. His diversified background makes him the perfect agent if you’re trying to build wealth through real estate investments, buying a home, or selling a home.

About Desi

Desi has spent her entire life in and around the Central Valley. She has been married to Michael Foxen for 31 years. They have 3 adult boys, 2 in real estate and one in physical therapy. Desi owned Profit Plus for 33 years and provided accounting services to small and medium size businesses. She specialized in helping distressed businesses with major accounting problems. After helping several well established businesses with embezzlement issues and countless other businesses clean up their books, Desi was looking for a new challenge. She still wanted to help people so she got her real estate license in October 2013 and has been off and running ever since.

Thanks to her accounting background Desi is uniquely qualified to help you find or sell your home. She offers a mathematical perspective that other Realtors don’t have.
