New Community Coming to Clovis
De Young Properties has announced the development of a new community coming to Clovis. The new neighborhood will be called De Young Trailside at Loma Vista. It will be located on Leonard Avenue just south of Ashlan Avenue, with 111 homesites. The first stage will start with twenty homesites.
