Living in Tarpey Village
Tarpey Village is located in Fresno near the Fresno Yosemite International Airport. On the north and south spectrum, it lies between Ashlan Avenue and McKinley Avenue and on the east and west spectrum, between Chestnut Avenue and Clovis Avenue. It is a suburban neighborhood and is primarily made up of small to medium-sized apartments or single family homes. Living in Tarpey Village is highly desired and here’s why.

Tarpey Village is in a very convenient location for public transportation and easy access to the 168 freeway. It is also very close to the airport so you don’t have to go far to catch a flight or pick someone up from the airport.

There are a lot of things to do when living in Tarpey Village. It is just down the street from Old Town Clovis which has lots of shops to explore as well as good restaurants. There are multiple parks including Helm Ranch Park and Basin 1E Park. The Betty Rodriguez Regional Library is nearby where you can check-out books, movies, and video games for free.
Most of the residential part of Tarpey Village (excluding the airport), is located within Clovis Unified School District boundaries. Elementary age children would attend Tarpey Elementary, then move on to Alta Sierra Intermediate, and attend Buchanan High School. Clovis Unified is one of the best school districts is California. When looking for a home to move into, the school district is an important aspect to consider.
