The Bluffs in Fresno is a luxury neighborhood located in northeast Fresno just east of Woodward Park. Some of the houses in this area overlook the San Joaquin River. Eaton Trail. When complete, the Lewis S. Eaton trail system will cover 22 miles between Highway 99 and Friant Dam.
River Park shopping center is located nearby the Bluffs neighborhood as well as Park Place on the corner of Palm and Nees. There are numerous stores to shop from and restaurants to try, as well as the Edwards movie theatre.
The Bluffs neighborhood is located within the Clovis Unified School District. Clovis Unified is a highly desired school district because it is one of the best school districts in California. Children would go to Pinedale Elementary, Kastner Intermediate, and Clovis West High School.
The Bluffs is one the safest places to live in Fresno. Most of the crimes committed in this area consist of burglaries and theft.
