Hoover is a popular suburb neighborhood of Fresno, set away from the city center. Additionally, Hoover is considered safer than 60% of the neighborhoods in Fresno. There are plenty of shops, services, and things to do in Hoover, including Fashion Fair Mall. Hoover is also set right next to Fresno State University.

Fresno High Roeding

Fresno High Roeding is large neighborhood set just to the north west of downtown Fresno. So in addition to all of the places to shop, eat and drink in the neighborhood itself, you have quick and easy access to all that downtown has to offer. It is also located nearby Fresno’s Historic Tower District, well known for unique shopping and entertainment.
