A little about me… I come from a real estate family. My father, mother, brother, and uncle are in this industry as (mortgage lender, real estate agent, broker/owner, and commercial property manager). This is not a hobby or part-time job for me. I love what I do and do it full-time. I am not satisfied with just being good, I continuously push myself to get better so I can provide exceptional service and an amazing experience for my clients. My introduction to real estate came in 2008 when studying for my bachelor’s degree at Fresno State where I received my degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
In 2010 I received my real estate license while working for a local investment firm that bought and renovated foreclosed homes and sold them. One year later, I was hired on at another local investment firm where I utilized my office admin and research skills and became VP of Acquisitions. Five and a half years later and over 200 foreclosed homes purchased and sold I’ve picked up many unique skills that few possess in the real estate industry. To name a few, strategic pricing expert, market forecasting & trend analysis, identifying profitable vs negative assets and much more. My path has given me a diverse and sharp skill set that few in this industry possess.
