The new housing community in Northeast Fresno is now open for residents. Located on the corner of Shepherd and Willow, The Row consists of apartments, townhomes, and will eventually have retail as well.
One-bedroom apartments range from $1,640 to $1,710/month. The two-bedroom apartments range from $1,685 to $1,940 depending on the floor plan you choose. The three-bedroom apartments range from $2,195 to $2,260.
The new community prides itself on residents being able to walk to get their coffee or get a drink from the bar. They plan to have the retail part of the project completed by the end of summer and have business moved in by winter.
They will also have outdoor space for all of the residents, including a bocce ball court and a dog park.
Eventually, another housing community will be built across the street.
